À la Carte Postpartum Care

For families birthing in hospitals, typical postpartum check-ups don’t happen until 6 weeks after birth, leaving many families needing additional support in those early weeks. Our à la carte postpartum care helps bridge this gap by offering home visits tailored to both mother and baby.

Visits are all done in-home around day 3-4, day 7-10, 3 weeks, and 5-6 weeks postpartum with all timing based upon your individual needs. Care includes:

• Monitoring mother’s healing and vitals

• Breastfeeding support

• Screening for mood and emotional health

• Newborn weight checks and feeding assessments

• Guidance on family well-being, sleep, and newborn care

I’m happy to accept last-minute clients if my schedule allows, but booking in advance is encouraged to secure a spot on my calendar.
